Do I get vouchers with my class?
Answer: It depends. When you purchase a "package" of classes, such as the MCSE or MCSD, vouchers are generally included. When you purchase an individual class, vouchers usually aren't included. You can check your Registration Form, under "Vouchers Included" to verify whether they are part of your package. If you are planning on testing out after a class, talk to your Account Manager and vouchers can be included for the appropriate fee.

When/how do I get my test vouchers?
Answer: If you purchased a package that includes test vouchers, simply send an e-mail request to Vouchers@Netdesk.com when you're ready to take an exam. Allow 1-2 days for processing. You can request your test vouchers from us for up to one year after your last class. When you get your actual test voucher number, you will also be given an expiration date. That is the date the test voucher expires at the test vendor.

Why don't you just give me all my vouchers at once when I first come to class?
Answer: Test vouchers have an expiration date and are only good for about six months. We don't want the vouchers to expire before you're ready to take an exam so we wait until you're ready to start testing.

How far in advance should I schedule my test?
Answer: If you're not particular about what time you take your test, you may be able to schedule as late as the day before, but we recommend about 2 weeks to get the date and time you want. Fridays and the last week of the month tend to be the busiest and hardest to schedule. Certification deadlines also tend to make it busier in the testing booth.

What kind of ID do I need to bring?

When does my voucher expire?
Answer: There are actually two expiration dates that you need to be aware of:
- When you sign up for classes at Netdesk that include vouchers, we issue a voucher credit in your registration record. You can get those vouchers from us for up to 1 year after your last class.
- When we e-mail you the actual voucher number, we will include an expiration date (generally about 6 months from the date the voucher is issued). That's the date that the individual voucher expires. That's why we recommend e-mailing Vouchers@Netdesk.com only a couple of weeks before your intended test date (and why we don't just give you all your vouchers when you sign up for class).

I got all 6 (or 4 or 5 or 7 or whatever) of my vouchers at one time, but now I don't think I'm going to be able to take my tests before the expiration date. Can I exchange them for vouchers with a later expiration date?
Answer: Sorry, but vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you find yourself in this situation, the best move is to call the test vendor and apply those test vouchers to the tests you want to use them for, without scheduling a date. Your test vendor representative can then let you know how long you have before you have to use them.

What is the Microsoft exam retake policy if I fail my exam?
Answer: If you do not pass the exam on your first try, you may retake it at any time. If you do not pass for a second time, you must wait 14 days to retake the exam for a third time. A 14 day waiting period is then imposed for every subsequent try. This is to reduce piracy of exams through memorization.
