Training at Your Site

Get more than just an onsite custom class....

Something happens when you get a classroom full of IT people from the same company or the same department. Not only do you get the knowledge from the material and focused learning time, you also get added benefits you won't get in an open enrollment class:

• Build communication between departments
• An opportunity for team building
• Focused time - your staff will have time to focus their collective energy on the topic and brainstorm or troubleshoot topics they work with
• Group Planning Time - get people out of their every day work environment, give them some new knowledge and send them to lunch together, you'll be amazed at the results.

If you have a group of 8 or more people that need training on the same subject, we encourage you to think about a custom class instead of sending them to a series of classes because of the extra value you'll receive. We know it's hard to let your whole team attend a class at the same time, but the extra benefits may be worth it.

Customized Content:

Tell us what you need in a class and we can make it happen. If you need four topics from one class and one from two other classes, we can put it together for you. The cost to put together a custom class is usually covered in the time you save (saving you extra instructor time and your staff's time). Talk to your account manager to discuss your needs.

Our classroom or yours:

We have classrooms in each of our locations that can be used for custom classes. Classes at our site benefit from being away from your office, minimizing distractions and interruptions. Custom classes at our location include:

• Classroom setup: We're the experts at it because we do it every day.
• Parking
• Refreshments
• And everything else you expect with every class at Netdesk.

We're happy to bring our instructor to your classroom, too. For a class on your site, we can also provide a mobile classroom (laptops) or use your equipment. Your classroom needs:

• 1 computer for each student: specific requirements vary depending upon the class - generally, technical classes require high end equipment
• 1 computer for the instructor
• Access a day or so before the class for setup
